Three Tibetans from Sog County (Ch: Suo Xian) were detained by the local Public Security Bureau (“PSB”) for protesting against the authorities’ mining activity in the area ; according to confirmed reports received by the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD).
