In his 32 years of service, Tsebo held a variety of police positions, from local authority to animal husbandry head, in Dzatoe County and many other locations.

TCHRD learned that Chugdar passed away after being subjected to severe beatings and other forms of torture during his detention as he had no record of medical conditions at the time of his arrest.

Chugdar's family learned that he had passed away while in custody after two days.

Zangkar Jamyang a Tibetan writer had been taken away and disappeared by China nearly three years ago from Khyungchu County in Ngaba Prefecture, Sichuan Province. He has recently been found serving a four-year jail sentence.

He is reported to be suffering from stomach ache.

Following her release, she is not her usual self and appears to have undergone traumatic experience in detention. “I learned that she keeps on babbling incoherent things. I am very concerned about her health because she is also a heart patient,” Woeser told TCHRD.
